Broadway Vista Apartments

My wife and I just renewed our lease here at Broadway Vista for the 7th time. We've been really happy here. We lucked out by getting the best downstairs neighbors anyone could ask for! They've had to put up with a few or more restless nights bc of our cats..... who can be heard most nights runnin laps up and down our apartment. But they've never complained one time. Its nice when you can share the building with people who mutually respect one another. Management has been great to us. when Cam properties took over we got Amanda and she's amazing. Everything gets done and it gets done right. We have zero complaints. Which is why we're still here after 7 years. Don't wanna mess w a good thing like Broadway Vista! I have lived in these apartments for 1 year and 3 months now. Amanda at the front desk is really friendly and helpful with everything you need either as a potential or current resident. Before moving in, Amanda was receptive and took her time explaining all the relevant information about the apartments. They have no additional or hidden fees once you move in. When you place a working order, the maintenance team is really fast - they come in for repairs within 24 hours and if the repair requires purchasing an equipment, the repair is done in like 2 days. Pest control is done on a regular basis if you request for it. Because I had such a great experience with them, I decided to renew the lease. I would highly recommend moving in to these apartments anytime!

I've lived here now for almost 6 months and have had no problems. Every time I've had a question, it has been answered with no problems. All the ladies in the office have been very helpful. A few weeks ago I was waiting on a very important letter in my mailbox, well for some reason it wasn't posted in my box. The wonderful weekend office worker called me and let me know that the mailman had came and I thought it was just really awesome she called and let me know. If I could say one thing, people this is where YOU live, clean up after your dogs. Thank you.

I have lived here for almost a year. From the time I got an apartment throughout my whole experience here, Amanda at the front desk has always been helpful. If you submit a work order they get it done within a day or 2. They are very efficient. My first apartment by myself and I couldn't be happier. They always reassured me whenever issues arose and as a single parent that has been a huge stress reliever for myself. Was looking through the reciews and i myself have not had any issues with roaches or any bugs. They do send out emails to residents that if you are experiencing bug problems to let them know so that when the workers cone to spray they can ensure to look at your unit. (Ignore my messy place lol)

Communication from management was unprofessional and often felt antagonistic rather than helpful . Concerns were handled emotionally instead of in a strictly neutral and respectful manner. I experienced situations where I felt judged based on subjective perceptions rather than actual facts, and discussions were brought up in the office in a way that felt publicly uncomfortable and humiliated. Professional housing staff should focus on clear, respectful, and solution oriented communication rather than personal bias character assessments of the guests.
