Do your research before moving on here. Management pretends to care but they really don’t. You bring up concerns thru the app and they clear them out without properly addressing the issue. Parking lot covered in ice over a week after the storm and they say it’s not on them to clear, trash piled high for days, abandoned cars without tags, residents working on their cars in the parking lot not to mention no regard for noise ordinances.

We stayed here from August 2023 to August 2025, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The community is clean, safe, and located in a very convenient area — close to Costco, Sam’s Club, Kroger, and many other shops. The Admin team is fantastic, always organizing fun games and activities that make everyone feel connected. A special mention to Ilea, the manager, who listens carefully and always helps in every possible way. Christina and Dane are equally amazing — always greeting residents with a warm smile and ready to assist anytime. The maintenance team deserves appreciation too — they respond quickly, and Cordal especially stands out with his excellent knowledge and professionalism. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of. What really stands out is the maintenance team they are absolutely top-notch! Every time I've submitted a request, they've responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. Whether it's a small repair or a larger fix, they handle everything with professionalism and care. I really like my spacious apartment home and the quietness in the area. The office team is great. Lastly, Ihave not needed them much, but maintenance is quick to respond.

We have been living in this society for last 4 years. We love living here. The management is amazing and very co-operative, maintenance is prompt too. My baby girl enjoys in the playground and tennis court. It's a safe place to live with many events happening round the year to keep you engaged.
