Brittany Apartments

Poor management, poor condition of apartments. It's been years and unit continues to suffer from mold growth, roaches, water leaks, and TERMITES infestations that are being neglected! Maintenance offers temporary fixes. Repairs are never fully completed. Frequently water shuts off without warning, claiming emergencies, and repeatedly makes empty promises to provide notice or fix problems properly. Management raises rent claiming to "continue the best possible service" yet fails to address serious health and safety issues.
