Bridge Pointe Landing Apartments

I didn’t give a 5 because there is always room for improvement. However, the staff that worked with me, Cathe and Ryanne were absolutely the best! I am happy with my apartment and the maintenance staff was prompt and super nice. Overall my experience has been phenomenal.

Bridgepointe has exceeded my expectations. The complex is conveniently located, but what really sets it apart is the leasing staff. Ryanne was outstanding throughout the entire process professional, welcoming, and always quick to respond. She makes the moving in stress-free and treated me like more than just another tenant. I appreciate the level of care she brings to her job.

There were initial miscommunications when moving in such as maintenance orders not being fulfilled, the unit being nowhere near ready, etc. New management has taken over since then, they’re at least putting in effort to correct past wrongdoings and enforcing policies. The property is a lot better taken care of in comparison to 9-ish months ago. There’s a lot more transparency with the tenants than before as well. I think it’s definitely showing promise to be a better property at this point.

I would like to say since new management (Candis)came in place things have been getting done I really appreciate the effort of her doing a good job of getting things done quick. I’ve did had bad experiences from the previous management. She is trying her best and still trying. Although I do recommend going and check on those who don’t have identification on property

Absolutely the Worst Living Experience – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is a disaster from top to bottom. The units are infested with bugs, things are constantly breaking — from appliances to plumbing — and getting anything repaired takes forever, if it happens at all. I had no ac for almost two weeks in the hot summer because they didn’t care enough to write it in their books, the maintenance man even told me that he was never told about it until the day he came to fix it, this was after I had already called, written, and went in person. The management is terrible by far the worst people I have ever encountered. They suck at getting back to you, and when they do they are so rude and talk to you like you are an inconvenience to them as if i
