Lived at their apartments in Peabody for 3 years. Nice place and some bad things are out of their control like neighbors. I haven’t met any of my neighbors in 3 years. The most interactions I have with them is that they will scream and leave nasty notes if you park in their self-assigned spot. Had a neighbor threaten to call the police on me even though I was parked legally on the street. Leasing office isn’t super responsive to emails but will answer calls. Maintenance never comes out to fix anything but keeps the property looking nice. Management can be strict but if you pay your rent on time and mind your business they’re fine

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned About Discriminatory Policy I had a very disappointing experience today at Leisure Lane Apartments in Stoneham, which is managed by Brickpoint Properties, Inc. After speaking with their office on Monday, 05/19, I scheduled and confirmed a viewing. Everything seemed to go well during the visit, and I was ready to move forward with the application. I was even handed the rental application form to complete. However, halfway through filling it out, I was abruptly informed that the apartments are only leased to U.S. citizens. This came as a complete shock. I asked for clarification, especially since there was no mention of this restriction on their website or the application form. Lived here 5 or so years rent hikes every 10 months and no help if you fall behind or have issues. Can't even get response from property manager. Update: Rent is out of control, complex issues include neighbors who are worst drivers and ding car up but there are no cameras. I had to put a ring outdoor camera up to help with issues with car accidents and thefts.
