The Mave

We had such a wonderful move-in experience at The Mave! Kailyn was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and easy. Everything was ready on move-in day, the apartment was spotless, and Kailyn made sure all of our questions were answered. We truly felt welcomed from day one. So grateful for such a positive experience — highly recommend!

We love living at the Mave. It is a friendly and respectful community. SUPER dog friendly and the amenities are great. Pool, hot tub, golf simulator, big dog park, plenty of space to walk your dog, Fells reservation within a 1/4 mile of your door, nice gym and veranda for outdoor living. The community hosts at least one resident event a month with food and drinks and Bingo has to be the coolest one they do. Prizes are well worth your participation even if you don't love Bingo. Alex is a tremendous host of this. Outdoor cooking areas with fire places are a nice touch as well. The staff is friendly, responsive and kind. Frank was very nice and put a smile on my face! He was so efficient and completed all my requests. One including caulking my shower - he went above and beyond, leaving it looking a million times better than before! My shower is so clean and looks brand new, I don’t even want to use it hahaha!

Our family moved into The Mave a few months ago and we have had a great experience so far. We love how dog friendly it is along with the sense of community. The Mave fits our lifestyle great from the walking trails nearby to the golf simulator/shuffleboard nights. We're happy to be here :)

Lived here for a few years, and absolutely loved it! Very dog-friendly, and the front office was always so responsive and helpful. Never had any problems here, and they helped us feel at home!
