Hanover Stoneham

Edited my review to add evidence. Nothing much that the management can and will do to improve the noise. Trash collecting noise. Walking and shouting noise from upstairs. Upstairs dryer noise. Neighbor dish washer noise, since it’s installed next to my head on the bed. Upstairs bed bouncing noise. So many noises! Their wifi provider is also strange. Does not allow our personal router. Cut-off internet in the middle of the day for maintaince, for 4 hours. So bye-bye to WFH. ————————————————— Erin and Matt were very professional and accommodating in showing the available apartments and the amenities. They had answers to many of our questions.

We recently had a tour of the Hanover in stoneham with Samantha and it was great!. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered. Her knowledge of the property was exceptional, and she ensured we fully understood every detail. A few days later, she followed up on her own to make sure nothing was left unresolved. She went above and beyond to help accommodate our situation with genuine care and professionalism. Samantha truly stands out for her integrity, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional customer service. She’s the kind of person every company should be proud to have.

Today I toured Hanover Stoneham with Edward and I had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and was very patient in showing all the different layouts. The building was absolutely gorgeous, I was very impressed.

Since moving into this property, we’ve had a terrible experience. Initially, we were told our unit was new, but upon arrival, it was filthy. The office informed us that if we wanted a deep clean, we would need to pay and get reimbursed. To make matters worse, the property lacks a courtesy patrol, allowing residents to do whatever they please. Parties continue until 4 am, and cars are vandalized in the garage. Residents park in the future resident parking lot to avoid paying for parking. Management claims that people don’t follow the rules but fails to enforce them. This place is poorly managed, and I strongly advise against it if you can.

I had an absolutely wonderful apartment tour at Hanover Stoneham, and Emma Rice went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and making me feel truly valued—I left the tour excited and hopeful about becoming a resident.
