Stonehill Towers

I moved in 2020 after selling my house we lived in for 45 years. This is the best move I made after researching multiple other properties. Stonehill is wonderful. When you call the office they take care of your requests the same day so it’s been very good. They are very friendly and professional. They have many social events and activities for the residents. And their is a very nice group of neighbors that often get together in my building. It’s almost like an extended family atmosphere. Also the parking is plentiful. We rent a private garage for a fee. The maintenance staff is terrific they are always right there. It took us a while to get used to apartment living but this was the best choice we made and we love it. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here for past 2 years and its been great since. First and foremost, the residential units are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. My apartment is like a cozy retreat. The management team has been attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests and ensuring that the living experience is always top-notch. Secondly, the location is simply unbeatable. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to major highways and essential amenities, Stonehill Towers, offers the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. It was a breath of fresh air to find myself surrounded by lush greenery and well-maintained landscapes, providing a soothing retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We love living at Stonehill Towers which has been our “Home” for the past seven years. If you are in search of a wonderful place to live you must look into Stonehill Towers. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. The entire complex is meticulously maintained and apartments are updated with top quality materials and design. Management, office and maintenance staff are very kind, professional and courteous, always addressing our needs in a timely manner. Our interaction experiences with owners and management have been optimal. The lobbies and common areas are beautifully decorated and extremely clean, warm and inviting. There is a lovely social room available for renting for small gatherings. There is plenty of parking with ample handicapped spaces. A modern clean and bright laundry

I've been living at Stonehill Towers for 2 years with my husband and 2 small children. We absolutely love it! We live in a corner unit with 2 bedrooms. The apartment is huge and super up to date. Sarah was amazing to work with when we first visited and made moving in a breeze! Since then we've gotten to know all the other girls in the office and they are all so kind. The property is immaculate, maintenance is super fast and we never hear our neighbors. We cannot imagine living anywhere else until we buy a home of our own. I highly recommend Stonehill Towers!

I am no longer a resident of Stonehill, but did live there for the past 2 years before moving out and it was by far my favorite apartment + apartment community I have lived in. I had absolutely no complaints. Nice and quiet, residents are respectful and mindful of each other. People bring in each other's Amazon packages if they happen to left in the vestibule. There are elevators in the buildings. Never had an issue with getting laundry done. Most of the residents tended to be more mature/older. When my fridge or sink had an issue I would put in a request and it would be fixed the very next day. The office staff was always available. Heat was included in the rent. There is a really nice outdoor patio/lawn area which surprisingly even with all the residents in the community, people often go
