Briar Ridge Apartments

I love living here at Briar Ridge. I feel completely safe, which in this day and age, is a big deal. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions and I really appreciate the roomy, well kept apartments. I also love the green, green grass and trees, everything is so well maintained!

GREAT Corvallis living! Briar ridge is a beautiful place! They are very good on keeping the grounds looking nice and clean without the annoying leaf blowers going at 7:00am, they take that into consideration and respect their tenants! Very easy to work with, all the staff is very friendly! The pool and spa are GREAT! Plenty of parking, great location, CLEAN apartments! I would HIGHLY recommend!

The blowers and mowers oh my! AND, don’t even ask for anything!

While it is certainly not cheap, it is worth the asking price; great location, the apartments are definitely nice, and there is access to a good workout facility. I had acouple small issues that were quickly addressed by the staff. Decent size, also.

If you are considering moving here I would highly recommend it! Great staff clean grounds and beautiful apartments! Never had a single issue that wasn't taken care of quickly and professionally the only reason I left is I moved and I wish I could take them with me! 10/10 would move back
