⭐️Good afternoon, I live in Cove and today I had a visit from Mr. John at my apartment. What excellent work he did, he fixed my dishwasher and my toilet. I am very satisfied with his attention to detail. Excellent professional.His amazing!!! ✅ I've lived in this building for two years and have always received excellent service, always very quick to fix things. I have nothing to complain about, only gratitude for this team. All are excellent professionals in maintenance, cleaning, offices, and the manager is always very attentive, providing a wonderful job. I had my share of "grievances", and occasionally issues with the residents, $ rent price is kind of high, but I would say and appreciate the fact that the new manager Dona is extraordinary human being, and great manager. Also Ms. Dee in office (not sure if I got her name right) was kind and helped me with wrapping Xmas gift. The face and the cleanness of the property @ 254 Lynn way, since Dona came in this summer, is 98 % improvement. I am good observer, and cleaning people team now since they changed, are kind and very good in cleaning, compared to the old team. I do not think that the problem is management, but some residents might be careless and inconsiderate. But overall, now is cleaner and does not smell in corridors & common areas. I moved here from an older Boston apartment and was genuinely excited about having real security, a mailroom, amenities, and new appliances. At my old place, packages were constantly stolen because anyone could walk into the vestibule and grab them. I assumed that wouldn’t be an issue at Breakwater. Unfortunately, it’s been the same story. I had clothes delivered and have photo and email confirmation they arrived, but when I went to pick them up, they were gone. I noticed there’s a camera in the lobby, so I contacted the leasing office. They said they “checked” the footage but didn’t see a delivery at the time and date I provided. How is that possible if there’s a camera? Is it not working? And if it’s not, what happens if something more serious occurs and footage is needed? Having a non

In the beginning of the week, there was Resident whose car was in my spot. I called staff and they asked if the car was still there. I provided them with the license plate, the style of car and the fact that it had a residence sticker on it, and they did not follow up with this resident. Later in the week, the same car was in my spot so I asked what could be done and they said that they would put in a request for security to check it out and put a warning sticker on it so that this resident would have to follow up with the leasing company. So this was verbalized to me on the phone. Nothing had been done because when I went to the car in the morning. Nothing was on it, it was also in my spot still. That morning, I spoke to them and said it was still there, and they apologized and said that

Do yourself a favor and do not lease at Breakwater Apartments. I’ve lived here long enough to say this place is a disaster disguised as luxury. The elevators are always filthy, packages are stolen regularly, and management’s response is always the same: “There’s nothing we can do.” Natasha, in particular, has said this to me directly on multiple occasions. There is zero accountability and no sense of urgency when residents have issues. I was one month postpartum with my newborn when the heat and hot water completely stopped working in the middle of winter. My bill was paid the issue was on their end due to a broken machine that maintenance had to reorder a part for. I had to spend money on a hotel to make sure my baby stayed warm and safe. Breakwater never followed up, never compensated
