Moving is sometimes an exhausting experience, but not this one! Grace in the front office was absolutely amazing!! A true Godsend! Literally had me ready, with keys in only a few days! Every maintenance concern I mentioned was addressed immediately! If you're looking for a nice space in a quiet neighborhood for a great price please call Grace! I absolutely think I'm going to love it here.

This place is absolutely awful. I recommend nobody moves here. They are slumlords. My apartment has been flooded three times. They have offered no rent reduction due to me not being able to sleep in my room they have offered no other place for me to stay making me sleep on my couch while I pay full rent. My bathroom got flooded recently and they had to cut a hole in my ceiling to fix the pipes and they told me they weren’t going to fix it because I am moving out so I just have a giant hole in my ceiling in the bathroom. On top of that, I have reported black mold multiple times and nothing has been done to fix it

I recently moved into Brandon Walk Apartments on August 1, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. It’s a very quiet and peaceful community, which makes it feel like home right away. Maria was extremely friendly and helpful during the move-in process—she made everything smooth and easy. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The apartments are cozy, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I would absolutely recommend Brandon Walk Apartments to family, friends, or anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I have family that’s been living here for quite a while, and for the most part, it can be a homey area to live. The Front Office Manager Maria is super nice and patient. Any time I come in for something she always speaks clearly with a professional yet still friendly tone. This review and the rating is mainly for the front office staff. They are very nice and cooperative, though of course they can’t control and do everything on their own, which is where I get why people complain about the maintenance. That area, I can definitely agree on needs some improvement and work. Overall, as long as you communicate and keep things good, then you’ll be able to like it here.

When I tell you this place is an upgrade considering today's insane economy, I mean it. Community feel, kids playing comfortably and not disturbing the community peace. On site maintenance that is on top of it. The property is spaced out so you have plenty of room. Plenty of shade green spaces and you even can get covered parking, storage, on site PLAYGROUND AND POOL?! Need I say more? The leasing office has the best staff I've ever come across. Grace is professional respectful kind and on top of everything. Interacting with such a wonderful person in the office gives this place 10 stars if google would allow it. If you want a home community for your family to call home, this is it. Go visit Grace in the front office and mention this review =D
