Brady Station Apartments

These apartments are decent, but they have issues. First off, the maintenance was always amazing. Very fast, high quality work, very friendly. Nothing but good things to say about them. Unfortunately, you do have to call maintenance fairly often due to the age of the apartment. There are a lot of things like doors that don't quite shut right, cabinets that stay open, etc. For the price, those are compromises I'm 100% willing to make. However, those weren't the only issues. I had some neighbors in building 16 that blasted music so loudly that it would vibrate my walls, despite me not even sharing a wall with them. Yesterday's visit was a great experience, thanks to Hydee's assistance, which was both professional and courteous. Her humor and warm demeanor created a positive atmosphere. I was impressed by the facility's cleanliness, which was noticeable from the start. The tour was comprehensive, and I was pleased with the overall experience, leaving me favorably disposed to consider moving forward.

I recently visited Brady Station and was impressed with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Hydee gave me a tour of apartment #638, and I was pleased with the amenities and condition of the apartment. Also would like to add Hydee was very professional, answered all our questions, and was overall a very nice and respectful.

I went into the office today to ask about something in my apartment. I have had a rough couple of days for me and when I sat down Pam answered my question but also she also asked me if I was ok. She listened to me and let me vent for a few minutes. I needed that. I have seen other reviews complaining because they didn't get the attention they wanted WHEN they wanted it. So they give bad reviews because they had to wait (heaven forbid) Pam has been at Brady Station for a little over a year. She has ALWAYS been respectful and professional when I have had to go in to the office or have spoken to her. She is, at this moment, the only office staff. We were a week without a water heater because the last one had problems, we left the city and when we returned they changed the lock and my family and I were left outside, the manager speaks badly and is not polite, besides everything is in bad condition, and the rent price always changes and they charge you for a service they don't do like taking out the trash, just don't rent here I just want to end my contract to get out of here because it stinks. !!!!! Do not rent Brady Station !!!!
