I would definitely recommend Frank Boysia to anyone purchasing a home. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He inspects the entire home and does not short cut. I have used him twice and had a great experience both times. He emailed a detailed report the very same evening he completed the inspection. His inspections are in depth, while still easy to understand for those with very little construction knowledge.

Frank inspected our home back in February 2013. We've since moved from that lovely home and are in the process of buying a new home out of state. Frank's home inspection was extremely thorough. If he could access it, he inspected it with a fine attention to detail. Really thorough inspection providing photos underneath my house-to-be (tight crawl space) of things needing repair. After repairs were made, I hired him to do a followup inspection. Well worth the money to know what you are getting in a home.
