Boulevard 100 Apartments

I lived at this apartment for about four years and my experience was terrible truly I complained about my Celling leaking it took them almost a year to come fix it , I was told they didn’t have the money to get it fix but was making me pay 1.2k a month but couldn’t fix something that killed my dog I was dealing with mold and water on my floor daily. Also it took them three years to finally get a new management team, it was people running through the halls late at night , the garage door kept breaking every other day , your package would get stolen , the building is so outdated you be waiting years for the elevator . So I don’t recommend you moving here

The apartment units, while a little outdated, have great amenities and reasonably fair prices! Their 1 bed/1 baths are between $1040 and $1075 a month - which feels good considering the amenities such as underground parking. New management has been poorly responsive since taking over this week, but hopefully they will fix that as they get settled in. Overall the prices are ok, given the current economy and the outdated carpets/highway noise. One happy renter!

Decent space. LOUD neighbors. Management are out of touch, their office is on the top floor where they are literally detached from anything going on in the building. People play music with bass at all hours of the night. The building allows pets which seems like a good thing, but there’s urine in the stairways. The railing in the stairway was broken for a good 2 weeks before it was fixed (again, Management has no clue about the complex’s condition.) My neighbor threw a coat that had dog urine on it into the hallway and just left it there for hours. Do not have anything delivered to your HOME, PACKAGES ARE STOLEN all the time and all Management does is blame it on the deliverer or suggest that you “have it delivered at a time you’ll be home.” People WORK, we have to work to even afford to l

UPDATE: Since I wrote this, my land lord has contacted me and all my concerns were addressed. They still did not reimburse me for any monetary losses because what I was billed was based on what the cleaners clocked. The maintenance guys were a real treat and Gabriel was very kind. All in all, I enjoy living here. 3.5 Stars I've lived here for 3+ years and I recently relocated within the building, AND I have a few things to say. Cons: When you move out, don't stress about the cleaning. I spent a whole month cleaning my apartment and they still charged us for 6 hours of labor at 36 dollars an hour. We have lived in the Boulevard 100 Apartment for about 2 years now. Management is friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are great! The walls are very soundproof and you can only hear things if you're walking past someone's door. There are two great parks within walking distance for our kids to play at and a Caribou Coffee pretty much in our backyard!! The building is very conveniently located off Hwy 100 and there's a bus stop right off our parking lot! There are grocery carts in the underground parking garage that you can use to haul up groceries. VERY helpful! Oh and there's extra personal storage units on the lower level for things you don't want to keep stored in your unit. It is a pet friendly building so there are pluses and minuses with that.
