I have never experienced such horrible management and maintenance. Maintenance never comes. The maintenance man will sit in the office and never come to fix the requests you make. The unit we were given was left from the previous residents in horrible condition. There was a mold issue, water damage, unusable appliances, and pest infestation and that is just the beginning of the issues. I would never recommend this property.
Always kids running around in the streets unsupervised. JESSICA is NEVER at the office during office hours never answer phones or email. she has the ground keepers go around for her. It’s a very beautiful home but very poor management!!!
LOVE it here!!
