Andy Kennedy was the best partner we could ask for in our apartment leasing process! He was incredibly friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable about the units, neighborhoods, and unique Boston rental scene. He took the time to explain the steps of the process in detail and listen to/answer all of our questions along the way, which was particularly helpful for a group of renters/guarantors with varying levels of experience renting in Boston. Andy spared no effort to make us feel confident about the process every step of the way. While we look forward to enjoying our new apartment, I know that next time we’re looking for a new spot, we’ll be reaching out to Andy!

The realtor my roommate and I worked with was friendly and helpful. No real issues completing the initial lease signing. However, I disagree with this realtor's approach to lease management and the overall ethos of their practice. They have no issue advising landlords to increase rent just because they can. Since I really like my landlord, I renewed my lease and understand that these are likely standard business practices. I would still not recommend working with Boston's Best Realty in the future.

My 5 star rating goes to Andy Kennedy! We found ourselves in the unenviable position of starting late in our apartment hunt for next school year. I called Andy about one apartment, and although that one was taken, he suggested another. He recognized the need for speed and set up a tour an hour later. Despite it raining sideways, he met us on short notice with incredible professionalism and patience. He carefully and kindly walked us through all of the details of our first rental and was a fantastic communicator with many calls and texts. Ask for Andy!

We worked with Sam in finding an apartment and he was great! We first worked with another office and had a horrible experience, and the difference was night and day. Sam carefully explained the options given our specific parameters, showed us a great collection of apartments, and once we decided on one, he made the leasing process super smooth/easy. Highly recommended!
