Great experience! Bobby sold a my home that other realtor had let sit on the market for a year! He came to my work to make signing all papers easier with my schedule. He took a very difficult situation on and a home that was In horrible condition and worked diligently to personally improve the condition until it was sellable. He was there every step of the way and quickly answered any and all questions I had. I will use Bobby in all future real-estate sales and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Awesome experience! I've been friends with Bobby for a while. We met through the Citizens Academy at the Hobbs Police Department. He's a big supporter of law enforcement and the community. I recommended Bobby Shaw to my girlfriend who was having difficulty selling her old home which had been court ordered to both her and her ex-husband. The ex-husband had used a realtor friend of his who had it on the market for nearly two years and had done nothing to sell it, we even tried to request how many times it had been shown and that company denied her access to the records (probably because there were none). Worst experience I've ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would. Very demanding, pushy, and bossy. I've already spoken with a friend that was going to use Bobby Shaw and he asked me what I thought and discouraged him to go with another realtor. I had to be there and set up times for the inspectors, appraisal, and repair. Had a lot of lost time at work to make sure things were getting done. As a seller I would figure this should be an easy process but was the worst thing I've had to endure. I would of never used Bobby Shaw if it was for the ex-wife and to eliminate the hassell i went with Bobby. Very rude through the whole process and very untrusting, stating that the house wasn't being shown because had negative reactions within the community. Called other realtor's that I'm
