Black Hawk Apartments

My father has been complaining about mold for the last 3 to 4 weeks but his complaints were falling on deaf ears. I had to stop and let the manager know that the maintenance people did not come. She seemed like she is not in the same page with the maintenance people. She called them and asked to go in and fix the bathroom sink and bathtub instead they just made the situation worse. They paralyzed the entire bathroom, the sick and the bathtub. My father was told that he can't use the shower for 24 hours because they put the sealing clay around the tub and also can't use the sink until they come back on Monday and fix it. That is 3 day with paralyzed bathroom. When I called the emergency service they connected me with the maintenance guy and I asked him to do something about it. I was told

The apartments are very nice but we currently have some people repeatedly keying nice cars in the parking lot and our complaints are falling on deaf ears. I would steer clear of this place for a couple years until either the perpetrators move on, management takes some proactive measures to increase parking security or they allow you to break your lease early when your property is being singled out because it is nice.

My request related to resolving an issue experienced with a thermostat malfunction was addressed promptly and a repair was effected immediately allowing continued comfort to be enjoyed in my residence unit. Thank you!

I drive for Uber every evening. I took a passenger and her children to these apartment buildings. The area looks pretty nice and pretty safe everything is maintained nicely even the landscape. Looks like a decent place to live five stars all the way keep up the good work

I messaged the office and requested a maintenance call about a leaking pipe in my bathroom. They responded in less than an hour and fixed the problem...great job men.
