Black Bear Rents

I’ve decided to leave this review, just because they have a review score of 1, which does NOT accurately represent who they are as a property management company! As a current tenant, for the past 4 years, they have been nothing but AMAZING!!! I don’t create maintenance requests, bc I tend to just fix the things myself. They noticed my basement door was falling apart, they came by while I was at work and replaced it AND painted it!!! All without me even complaining or asking about it!! My rent is a very fair price, especially in this current rental market. The owner’s are local to town, and are doing their very best in upgrading rental properties to make Elizabethtown better! Word on the street is that potential customers should stay away from this business unless they want to be cheated out of their money. Gossip says maintenance is poor and apartments are not worth the amount charged for them. Be careful!
