I rent an apartment with Steve as the manager and I have to say that the property is incredibly clean and well-kept. There are a decent amount of amenities like a pool, barbecue grills, and covered parking spots. There are lots of trees, plants, and flowers on the property but the pathways are always spotless. Responsive to texts, emails, and always stays on top of maintenance regarding my apartment. Cool guy, excellent to rent from and great conversations. Can't recommend enough.
