Birds Mill

We’ve lived here for a month and some change and our experience has been amazing! The units are beautiful and layout is spacious, community is quite respectful and clean. Tonya is so kind she’s a property manager you’d want! She’s quick to respond and she gets things sorted out in a timely manner and just over all a cool property manager. We’ve had maintenance come out a few times for fire alarms and a leaky sink they’ve been cool and easy to communicate with. The price is pretty fair especially for brand new apartments, at first I thought the location was a little odd however the street is pretty quiet there’s not a lot of activity when the sun goes down. there’s a few units left and if you’re looking for a sign here it is.
