Birch Terrace Apartments

Although the entrance seems sketchy, the area is quiet. That's about the only good thing about it. Negative wise I say they have to come together and pay for maintenance for the streets. You have a bunch of potholes everywhere. You have no outside parking because everybody wants to abandon their cars there, you have the mechanic property leaving cars everywhere taking up a bunch of spots. Then since there's no parking we would have to park in the streets where the red line/no parking is at covering the dumpsters and that's why the dumpers overflow because vehicles blocked the way.

The manager or who ever is in charge needs to take care of this ! It’s so unsanitary and also the tenants double park and block the dumpster that’s why it gets like this. Do something! It is currently like this 8/20/23.
