Biloxi Oaks Apartments

Living in Biloxi Oaks Apartments for several months has been an enjoyable experience. The most notable feature is the prompt and professional maintenance service. When the refrigerator started acting up, it was replaced sooner than expected. The office personnel is usually pleasant and helpful with any inquiries!

I toured Biloxi Oaks Apartments in the morning and moved in by the afternoon. The team simplified the application process, accurately described leasing terms, and included utilities such as water. My newly refurbished flat was clean and ready, with freshly painted walls and modern fixtures.

I’m currently a Tenant living here, the area is quite convenient. It’s right next to the Keesler AFBS and a quiet area and neighborhood. The Staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is quick and reliable. I’m enjoying my stay, the Units are Renovated and Brand New Appliances! It’s a Great City and Area!

Would put a half star if I could, this place is falling apart, my girlfriend told me they just remodeled her apartment before she moved in but grout in the tile is coming up, the shower liner is coming off (which makes the shower super slippery) plus a few other things. She’s also pregnant so it would be nice if she could shower without me having to worry about her falling over. We’ve also put on multiple noise complaints about the neighbor above us and they do nothing, sent the leasing office multiple videos of them making a whole bunch of noise late at night while we’re trying to sleep. Only good thing about this place is the location

Just before I had to leave for work last week, my kitchen sink began to leak. When I called the office, someone came to fix it within an hour. The grounds are kept up nicely, and the staff is always welcoming when I pass.
