I believe that any everyone will say that I are experienced with alexa and authorities has not been as we expected , everyone is treated differently we have no management.\n Only one and a 1/2 days a week there is a lot of miscommunication. There is a lot of brushes, a lot of rats, a lot of wrong doing as far as seashore oaks. Property. No one gets a fair hearing. Everyone gets treated. I think sort of personal, they never get to tell a whole side of a story, but they get us here and we get this cheap rent and they shove us into these rooms in a hallway and expect us to follow by all of these rules. But no one is treated the same. Some people have lots and lots of right ups and get lots and lots of chances, some people that have no write ups and get terminated off of their lease. Immedia

Ive been all over this country. I'm homeless myself and currently a stranded drifter in Mississippi. I've seen and avoid the worst white and black run down neighborhoods. These organizations do not do this for the benefit of the people. They will drop you anywhere that makes them money. They do not care about the consequences of mixing bad elements. That's not their job. I don't know who these people are leaving positive reviews. But if they were the rare lucky ones, they obviously are too blind to see the truth about all the one star reviews. I had bedbugs infested in my Apt and were also on other floors in the complex at seashore oaks. I was given a notice to get rid of bedbugs (that were already there before I moved in), and if I didn't clean the Apt according to the rules on paper I would be evicted. Got rid of all furniture and move out for 5 days to wait for the pest control guy to spray my Apt. Still had bedbugs infested after he sprayed. Slept in TV room on and off until he sprayed again. Still found bedbugs.. I have since moved out. If I had known about the bedbugs in the complex I moved into I would have never moved in. Some residents have nasty cluttered rooms. The place is horrible. I was living in Bayview Place quite a while ago. On Braun Street I had no problems or complaints but when I refuse to be a "SNITCH" that's when my problems got worst. Living in BHA growing up I was labeled a "THUG" by housing security because of who I associated with. I moved from Moss Point to Biloxi. I knew nothing about public housing because I was a child. Anyway I ended up getting section 8 and the housing property manager Sharon Ray told me I would have to move out my unit on Braun Street and moved me around the corner to Splendor Street. That didn't sit right with me considering the fact my neighbor had section 8 and wasn't told to move or anything.
