Natali has been an amazing property manager to work with. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both tenants and the property. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and clearly, and she always communicates in a respectful and friendly way. It’s rare to find a property manager who is this organized, reliable, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the effort she puts into making everything run smoothly. We just moved in and we love the apartment and the property! The ataff in the office are so kind and professional! Natalie and office staff are always so welcoming and are very helpful and go the extra mile to help in any situation,the maintenance team is very professional as well and always get issues resolved the same day and they keep the grounds always looking clean and nice! We are very thankful and appreciative of our unit and the staff here at bidwell pointe!

I strongly recommend avoiding these apartments. First of all, the management is bad; they speak very rudely and never accommodate residents. The manager doesn't know how to communicate properly; he immediately yells. Apparently, she’s trying to gain dominance by yelling. I say this as a former resident of these apartments. Avoid this company.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and I just want to say how grateful I am for the apartment office staff here. Mostly, with Natalie, not only because she looked out for me when I was going through a difficult personal situation but also bc any time I’ve had a question or needed something, she’s been quick to respond and so easy to talk to. Every interaction I personally had have with the office has been positive. The team is always approachable, and genuinely caring. They respond quickly to my emails and calls, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I also appreciate when they keep the residents updated with notices, being welcoming when you stop by the office, and making sure common areas are well-kept.
