If you want maintenance issues to go unfixed and your rent money mysteriously missing this is the place for you! There are absolutely no amenities and if you have kids you're expected to keep them in the house. Yeah it's cheap but management is terrible and it only looks good from the outside! Once you sign a lease you will seetheteue colors of this poorly ran property! Rats in the hallways, mold in the units and urine soaked stairwells. The pjs in disguise!!!!

I'd like to leave a review for Ms.Booker. She has been incredibly professional, organized, and compassionate, throughout my rental process. She treats her tenants with respect and always makes sure any concerns are handled quickly and accurately. In times when housing can be stressful, having a landlord who truly cares and is honest makes all the difference. She communicates well, responds when assistance is needed, and truly makes an effort to ensure tenants feel comfortable and supported. I’m very thankful for her kindness, communication, and the way she manages the property. I would absolutely recommend renting from her to anyone looking for a safe, respectful, and well-managed place to live. Thank you Ms. Booker!
