What a waste of time and energy. Just spent a week with our agent, a real agent that isn’t associated with this group, looking at a home in Point West. They are so out of touch with the market, their seller, and best business practice, they cost their seller a deal. They over promised their seller and do NOT know what to do. We are moving to a home across the street, brand new construction, 2 bedrooms larger, and more amenities for the same price we offered on their property. Do not use them in the Point West area or anywhere, they have no clue.
The Realtors here are amazing, they will guide you from start to finish!
