I’m a real estate agent, and before working with Beth, I heard mixed opinions about her. I don’t believe in judging anyone based on hearsay, so I formed my own opinion—and I’m glad I did. Beth was professional, thorough, and clearly knows what she’s doing. During an FHA appraisal for one of my clients, she flagged a lock in the basement that was not functioning properly. Some might see that as a minor issue, but in reality, the lock truly did not work and needed to be addressed for the home to be considered secure. Beth did an outstanding job giving me an appraisal for this duplex in the Waverly area of Lansing Michigan. She’s gone above and beyond to make sure not only did I get a fair/reasonable and honest appraisal. She also took the time to explain the process!! Thank you for everything you did for me!!

Do not use this person! She will take your money and ignore your phone calls, texts and any other form of communication. Not to mention that she didn't provide me with my home appraisal. It's been over a month and not a word.

Over steps the roles of her job, thinks she is some kind of inspector not an appraiser, won't listen to the advice of certified experts and believes her opinion supersedes that of actual trained experts. I would give zero or negative marks if that was an option. This woman has put us through undue stress and extra costs because she would rather tank our home purchase than admit she was wrong about areas she is not qualified or trained in. *I will be reporting her to the licensing board and if she has also wronged you I'd suggest the same.
