Terrible business I paid off an eviction that wasn’t my fault years ago and I try coming back to rent from best properties. Cheri told me that she would let me rent from her years ago I come back and now I’m not allowed what a terrible woman. What type of silly business this is.

We lived in one of their properties for a year. They were always quick to fix any issues, which were minimal. Always friendly and attentive. We cleaned our place thoroughly upon move out, provided carpet cleaning receipts, and were promptly issued our deposit refund.

One of the best property management companies I ever rented from. 3 different houses from 2015-2022. Felon friendly and perfect place to rebuild my life at that time.Affordable and even redid the roof when complained about leaks and got it done in a weekend.

This company is very unprofessional! They charge for things that are not the fault of the tenant. Bob used to be very nice and understanding. This company claims to be Christian based but I know that's definitely not true since his daughter now works in the office she is mean spirited and just rude. Man I miss denise she was a true woman of God.

I am a long time renter of Best Properties. They have always handled any problems i have had quickly. Cheri came to my rescue with a plumbing problem this week, and sent Tom who is a miracle plumber. All the people that have helped me at B.P. have been there a long time and that is always a good sign. Thank you again Cheri :)
