I am submitting this review to formally document several serious issues we experienced during our recent real estate transactions while represented by an agent at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices at the Menifee location. From the outset, my husband and I made one priority very clear: we needed to avoid displacement and have a smooth, well-coordinated transition from the sale of our condo to the purchase of our new home. We relied on our agent’s professional guidance to ensure this was handled correctly. Unfortunately, despite communicating this need repeatedly, we were displaced for 4 days, resulting in significant and avoidable financial hardship.
