A professional who focuses on the client's interests. We contacted Steve Shanks over a year aago. He demonstrated knowledge, experience, and judgment - v. hard sell and smoke and mirrors too common in this business. And he stuck with what he represented. He kept us in tune with the market and its fluctuations, provided knowledge, advice, and guidance, and continued to keep in touch and do his best to serve our needs. In the end, we were not able to list our house with Steve - but he is the first person I would call for any real estate transaction (buy or sell) and the first I would recommend to others. (Another Berkshire Hathaway office in Beverly Hills unfortunately got involved - and the experience with them was less than satisfactory: so buyer beware - it's all in the individual
