This place goes through so many changes in management you never know how things are going to be from one year to the next. Sometimes it's awesome living there sometimes it's just awful. The back Court yard used to be a relaxing place to grill and sit out on the patio. Then they took our grills away. We have families who let there kids run wild until 10 at night and litter all over the deck. There's very little respect for personal space or reguard for noise levels. You also only get one parking spot which other tenants visitors are guaranteed to park in, then scream at you when you ask them to move. But, hey, it's cheap for Issaquah and close to downtown.
