I am completely flabbergasted by the negative reviews left for this company as this is my second time dealing with them and honestly, I never want to deal with any other company but them. I first rented from them in 2015 and lived in that house until 2017 when the owners decided they wanted to sell. They were a military couple who now lived out of state and had no desire to come back. I loved this company so much, I took another rental that was being managed by them. Cliff and Nikole are not only accommodating, they do anything they can to take care of any need you may have. From the smallest things like paperwork to big things like emergency repairs. They are fast and efficient and they care about their clients. I used their agent Amber Forkey to assist me in purchasing a home…she worked harder for the sellers than she did for me. The home inspection report came back with asbestos in the home and she did nothing in my favor to get out of the offer. She only seemed interested in her commission if I purchased the home…that was 2 months ago and I haven’t heard from her…she hasn’t returned my call or my deposit. Be forewarned she appears to looking out for herself…not the buyer.

We rented a beautiful home from them for just over 2 years. Every time something needed fixed, it took several maintenance requests entries, phone calls, voicemails, emails, ect., just to get one thing fixed- as a family of 6, we were without a working refrigerator in the house for about 4 months (good thing we had an extra of our own that we put in the garage) and they did not seem to care at all. We also told them about mold growing in the windows due to improper seals and again they didn’t care. We sent them pictures of the mold within the first 6months of living in the house and Cliff told us to spray it with bleach; despite our hesitations, we followed what the landlord told us to do. Ive been both a tenant and now a landlord and have been with Cliff and Nikole through all of it. As a tenant, if I needed something it was quickly done. They are easy to work with and make renting a breeze. As a home owner, Ive hired them as my property manager. The home is being shown frequently during vacancy, and they qualify every tenant before accepting them as a tenant. I feel confident in their ability to ensure a happy tenant that stay for the long term.

If I could I would give 0 stars...My fiancé and I have been trying to get ahold of Nicole for weeks and she has just blown us off everyday. Nicole will say I can call at this time the next day and never calls. We had seen an apartment and were very interested and asked what we needed to do to move forward with the apartment and heard nothing from them. It’s a shame that a company won’t respond, you would think as a company they would like to make a profit from people who are looking to pay. Bennett realty group is awful!
