Belmont Place Apartments

It saddens me to see all the negativity. I am a new resident and the staff has been nothing but kind and gracious. I would like to see all the ppl leaving crappy reviews come and take a property over and deal with all the staff does. Miss Veronica the manager is the most understanding, considerate and respectful Manager I’ve experienced. I’m thankful I have a roof over my head and it dang sure is a nice place to reside…. There’s 3 sides to every story and I’ll stick with what I experience. 5 out of 5 Belmont Place keep being you!!!!!!!

Great location for near by shopping schools, could be upgraded with a more modern look, overall nice family apartment homes very roomy

JANUARY 30, 2026 no body in the office AVOID THIS PLACE NEW MANAGER IS TERRIBLE Ashland Green should be ashamed The new office staff is incompetent. Problems go unresolved, communication is a mess, and somehow even copy-and-paste is beyond their skill set. The attached screenshot says it all. Whoever replaced the previous staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, because the difference is night and day, and not in a good way. At least the previous managers knew how to run this place. Belmont has gone downhill fast. Thankfully, my lease is ending. I will not be renewing.

I used to live here in Building 7 and was a resident for almost three years. Sadly, since new manager this place has gone downhill fast. Long time residents are no longer valued, and the new manager brought in is extremely aggressive and rude. I personally witnessed my neighbor being profiled and unfairly targeted, which was disturbing and unacceptable since they have lived here for more than 10yrs. As a Hispanic resident, the treatment felt racist and dismissive. It’s heartbreaking to see Belmont deteriorate this way what was once a decent community now feels divided. The property has truly been torn apart by new manager.

No matter how many times they report my review I’ll post again because everyone should know I’m a former resident Predatory management New owners but they don’t care
