I had a leak in my water heater recently and had to call maintenance. Omar was super responsive, professional and, although there ended up being a bigger issue he had to fix, he remained dedicated to completing the task. About a month ago, Kevin responded to my request and was also professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a timely matter. I’m grateful for the new maintenance team at the property now. I can definitely tell the difference! I still love the community and am even more grateful that I get to call Belmont Crossing home💕

Belmont Crossing has been a very interesting place to live. In the past year, let’s just say I have had many unsettling experiences. I absolutely loved my apartment when I moved in, it was spacious and cozy. Needless to say, I started experiencing things within the management and maintenance that were inappropriate and unwelcoming from a place where you are supposed to have peace, comfort and feel safe. I also had become unhappy and felt my only option was to relocate and uproot myself and my disabled son. Without going into all details of the horror stories endured within the past year. I just wanted to let corporate know that recently removing that entire crew as of 10/2025 was the best and most honorable thing you could have done for your tenants and your establishment. Thank you BC for taking care of my maintenance needs with a sense of urgency. They listened to my issue, and didn’t hesitate to act on it. Kevin and Omar, our new maintenance staff, were really nice and professional during our encounter. I truly appreciate living in a neighborhood where my concerns are priority.

I moved here November 13 2025 and I love my new place…they are so nice in the rent office..Mrs Janae is such a sweetheart. The process was quick and easy. Maintenance is also top tier . I called and 10 minutes later maintenance was ringing the doorbell to fix my porch light and dishwasher..I really appreciated the quickness. Kevin and Omar is the best!

Sun Jan. 25, 26 I made a call to the on call maintenance staff on duty, the call was returned very quickly. He explained what I needed to do before he came which was to take a pic of the furnace. He called to let me know he was coming up the stairs. He came in very professional, introduced himself and who he work for. He came in fixed the furnace and now my heat is continuously staying on and not shutting off. Thank you Kevin for your great work.
