This place has been in business sense I was a kid my mom rented off Mimi my brother sisters and I'm proud to say nothing changed . She is kind caring your not just a tenet you can go in the office knowing she listening and doing her job. If you have problems call she gets somebody right out. So if your looking to rent,or buying a home this is the place to go. Good clean affordable prices. After I got out military that was my first place once again to rent. I used this company to manage a property I rented out after separating from the Air Force and leaving the state. If you are in the military and face a long deployment or are being transferred and wish to hang onto your property, consider whether you ever want to be involved with the company below. If all you need is someone to pass the check to you each month, then Bellevue Real Estate is fine, but if you need proactive management, then pay the extra percent somewhere else and get better service. You have to keep constant pressure on the company to do what they are paid for. Every time I called, they were just getting started on what I had asked them to do days, weeks, or months previously. I have rented from a few other property management companies in town, and I like Bellevue Real Estate. They helped me find a home that was clean and safe for my family. I've met a couple of their repair contractors, and they are quick to respond and fix things. If you're thinking about renting, you should check them out. I'd give them 10 stars !!

This wonderful lady has Ombudsman again amazed me. 100° outside 92° in our home my sons very disabled wound care oxygen making his bedroom 106° pure h...! Contacted Mimi she got company on it asap offered to get us fans whatever we needed . She got best PR compassion for her tenets. Thank you so much wouldn't live or rent off anybody else. You go above beyond call duty for us. I normally wouldn't post seeing as some foolish people hack my pro before. But I totally believe given credit where it do. Do not use this company, they are absolutely terrible. They left my property to rot with terrible tenants. I assumed my property was being inspected, but all she did was send a letter to the tenant asking if the house was still clean and in good condition. I came back from a 4 year tour overseas and the house was trashed. We had to sell quick and lost money on the house due to her negligence. Unfortunately, I signed a waiver to not sue so we could get free of the tenants and this terrible property management company. Do not trust them!
