Bellaterra at Deerbrook

This was the most spacious place I've seen for the price. When I first moved in it wasn't as much traffic here. I guess there's more tenants. It's not as clean as it used to be. Need to be upgraded badly. Change all the carpet in the units, you can shampoo the carpet and it still look dirty. I can say by far the room is great. Need to put back a nice playground for the kids. It's good to see kids playing outside instead of staying in the house with phones and computers.

I am beyond impressed with Bellaterra. We moved in January 2018 and they have exceeded my expectations on how much effort apartment management puts forward. 1. The office ladies are always sweet and helpful. They seem to really care and love their jobs. 2. The apartments are HUGE. The biggest one bedroom I've ever seen for less than a grand a month. 3. They are very grateful for their residents and are constantly hosting resident activities. My favorite so far was Painting With a Twist night! 4. The maintenance team is always seen working around the grounds. They consistently are doing things like painting the stair rails, pressure washing the concrete, picking up trash, ect. 5. EVERY time that we've had a maintenance request, someone comes to fix it IMMEDIATELY. Including today, a Sunday,

I wouldn’t reccomend living here to even my worst enemy. The apartments themselves are nice, spacious and “decently” well kept. However, the women that work in the office make it a miserable place to live. They are lazy and seem to get off at being petty. They will lie to your face and promise one thing then turn around to do the opposite. The assistant manager is the worst! When she should be someone you feel you can trust! We showed up the day of our lease agreement to retrieve the keys and they were shocked saying we were a month early then apologized for being misinformed. That being said, the manager told us our apartment had not yet received a final walk through (it was not a AT ALL clean) because they weren’t prepared for our move in date that THEY SIGNED. The only reason I moved into this place was because of Jennifer! I moved here from out of state and rented site unseen. When I got here and seen the exterior I was like NO (the buildings look shady!). Then I went into the leasing office and met Jennifer and she was simply AMAZING, so kind, understanding, very honest with me. Everything she told me turned out to be true. My experience living here is exactly what she said it would be! I have not had one issue since I moved in. Since my move in date she has been very communicative with any concerns that I've had and she's very knowledgeable about the property and its surroundings. She is literally my favorite person in that office!

Jennifer was fantastic. Lived there for over 5 yrs and enjoyed my experience. They have so much creative ideas for the renters to do every month! Monthly bingo, paintings, and every Christmas they will wrap your gifts if you don't have time!!
