Bella Vista Apartments

This place was home for us for yearsssss but now that our kids are grown we needed a bigger place. The manager Ashley is amazing and so is the maintenance guy Saul who is always on it when we need something . Great place to stay.

This has been a phenomenal place to live in. The amenities are wonderful and the staff that work at the lease office are extremely nice. Especially Ashley, she is super professional and understanding of the residents needs. I enjoyed everything about Bella Vista apartments and i wish i could live here forever. They have great facilities service where they fix anything that’s broken right away. Thank you Bella Vista Apartments for making my experience a great one.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 6 months and it has been a phenomenal experience from the very beginning. Dana Contreras and her staff of professionals went above and beyond to get me in there and have been amazing ever since. The few problems I have had have been addressed right away and usually the day of. They keep up on the maintenance and the complex is maintained. There is zero crime and I never have to worry about a thing whether I am home or not there. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for an affordable place to call home. Thanks Bella Vista Apartments and Dana Contreras for everything you have done. I give this place 10 stars! 😁

This is a very family friendly apartment complex. Ashley, the current manager, and the gentleman that does the maintenance are both helpful and very friendly. The process to apply was easy for me because the website allows you to apply right away. My only suggestion is to power wash the sidewalk and the stairs, the complex would look a lot more colorful and inviting. :)

The worst apartments I have ever lived at. Management does not handle any sort of complaints because issues consistently persist. No notices when maintenance enters my home or for how long they will be there. Currently "maintenance" is happening to all lower level apt without any notice as to how long it will take, what they are doing. We've been without water for 3 days now and no one in the rental office answers their phones. I could not wait for my lease to end.
