Bella Rosa Apartments

Bella Rosa is a little gem, a very unique property. It is a tight knit community of 28 ground floor apartments. The cathedral ceilings give the apartment an airy feel, and give the impression it is much larger than 850 sq ft. The property is clean and well maintained. Additionally, the on site managers live on the property and are quick to respond to the tenants’ requests.

Oh man, where do I begin so I never lived here but my fiancé did and let me tell you I was out of town once my mom passed and my fiancé took me to the airport and my car was parked at her house at these apartments nosy intrusive Susan the so called manager wanted to know who car was parked there my fiancé told her and explained to her. This lady insisted that I lived there when, I never lived there and I have my own place of residence on top of that. I also work six days a week 12 hour shifts so the time I get to see my fiancé was very limited but when I was there every time, Susan would text/ harrass my fiancé asking questions that didn’t pertain to nothing about these apartments avoid this place unless you want to see your loved ones three times a month or you add them to the lease fro

Four days without a stove. Landlord replaced with one from the shed. Full of mouse fur and droppings. Still waiting for a replacement, they are looking for the cheapest deal. On the bright side, on site manager is great. Prompt responses, very handy with any problem.

They were beautiful and the only reason they got four-stars is because of their location; felt like it was out in the boonies. However, outside of that beautiful apartment although. I was searching for an income based senior community, and somehow this site came up which I found out is not income based,,, they're renting two bedroom-1/bath for $1,300 (which isn't to bad). Great place other than the fact that with our new lease comes a $25 monthly fee for our cat in addition to the "one-time" pet deposit we paid. And the washer and dryer will no longer be repaired or replaced by owner.
