Bell Annapolis

I have been here about two months now and so far my experience has been wonderful. I had a few hiccups on move-in day which Sal and Ben jumped right on. Michael in the office is always very pleasant and so far the neighbors I have met have been very nice. I have a dog, so having the trail right across the street to hop on is awesome. The apartments are older, however, seem to be well kept and the community has been peaceful and pretty quiet in my experience so far. My only suggestion at this price point, would be to include a microwave over the range instead of a hood.

I am very happy with my choice in Bell Annapolis. This is my first leasing experience so I was not sure exactly what to expect. Michael Dunsworth, the leasing consultant has been so kind from my initial tour and throughout the entire process. He has been supportive and patient with all of my questions and concerns especially as a first time renter. The Bell Annapolis leasing team organize resident events such as providing breakfast or pizza gatherings or scheduling a food truck. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to live! 🏡 The grounds are beautiful, often feeling more like a resort than an apartment complex. 🌴 It's conveniently located to shopping 🛍️, restaurants 🍽️, access to Rt50, and miles of trails at Water Works Park 🏞️. What makes this place truly special are the staff. Everyone here is a gem ✨. Leasing consultant, Michael Dunsworth, made the moving in process a breeze and is very attentive to communications and requests submitted through the easy-to-navigate resident online portal or in person. His door has always been open to me. The members of the maintenance staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt (usually within a day or two) when a service request is submitted. I’ve lived in several apartment communities in Annapolis, and this one is by far the best because of the people. The standout of the community is the leasing consultant, Michael. He’s incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to get to know the residents. He always greets everyone with a smile and even keeps treats on hand for the dogs in the community.
