Beckett Farms Apartments

I'd like to take a moment and thank Rachel the property manager for being so helpful, and spot on. I have been in close contact with her for these last few months and she has gone above and beyond to be there for me and help me in any way possible. Most property managers from my personal experience do not care a whole lot about their tenants , and will not go above and beyond for them. I finf the management team at the community to be hands on, understanding and they really go above and beyond to help. Thank you Rachel for all your help and understanding :-)

This apartment complex is well kept, the grounds are always clean and free from trash and debris. The Management is really good at keeping the residents informed of any changes so that we can prepare accordingly. Love the events they arrange, food trucks especially!The neighborhood is really convenient. The property is family friendly, there is no loitering or loud music ,if so its done before bedtime so no one gets distributed. Smoke free apartment! Well equipped and a spacious kitchen diner and a balcony with seating facilities. Good water pressure for baths.A very well working fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a dryer. I’ve been hesitant regarding if I should write a review or not. However, with everything going on, I think I should. I’m truly disappointed in how this apartment complex is being managed. Instead of thoughtfully addressing resident complaints, the management team is taking the most extreme and backwards approach. Every other week they’re threatening to shut down or restrict access to nearly every amenity we pay for. I understand they’re in a hard position trying to address everyone’s concerns, but there are other ways to do it. They threatened to close the pool for the entire summer several times, the dog park is currently closed with no reopening date, and the dog spa(which you would think is a free amenity) requires a card and a $10 minimum fee for the first 15 minutes, when functioning

I really love this apartment community. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. The amenities are a huge draw -they have the best dog park in the area and my mini-doodle loves it! The apartment was immaculate on the day I moved in. The community is friendly and the staff are personable and professional. My friends come to visit and want to move here!

Living at Beckett Farms has been an amazing experience! The amenities are fantastic, providing everything I need for comfort and convenience.
