If you value transparency and integrity, run—don’t walk—away from this company. This has been, without a doubt, the shadiest and most frustrating experience I’ve encountered in new construction. Their on-site sales team is shockingly unprepared, lacking even the most basic knowledge about home sites or the purchase process. They make false promises, mislead you with high-pressure sales tactics, and routinely contradict themselves. One of their favorite moves is the classic bait-and-switch—telling you to sign immediately or lose the home to another buyer, only for that same home to still be available two weeks later. So much for the “line of buyers” they claimed were waiting. My client has been dragged through a chaotic, confusing process with little to no accountability from the builder.
