Well developed community, but the homeowners association is bad news. They attempt to farm the homeowners for revenue and have a lot of debt on the books. The homeowners association is still controlled by the builders, major conflicts of interest present. Lafayette Park is a nice community, but you will have to put up with the hassle of a bad homeowners association. I live there, like the community and the neighbors, but the HOA is a disreputable disaster
They don't stand behind their mistakes. They run as fast as they can and leave you holding the bag.
