This is an amazing Apartment Complex!!! Really good professional management!!! Fitness open 24/7, Indoor Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi!!! Lodge open during business hours and there you can play board games, table games and etc!!! Maintenance Team is always ready to do repairs if needed!!! Apartments have new kitchen cabinets, huge closets, balconies, garages!!! Everything for daily necessities in here. Speaking about this Area, it's peaceful, and quiet; as right by Steilakoom Park with lake and amazing walking trails. Those apartments are not new but very well taken care of!!! Highly Recommend!!!

I hosted a family holiday party at the Clubhouse, everyone loved it and commented how nice the place was. Elizabeth did a great job helping us as needed. Thank you, so enjoyable!

NOT renovated in the least. They put new floor in. No new appliances and 20 year old toilets. Also apparently their deal is only for select homes, typically not the one you want to move into. Falsely advertised to get you to move in, as usual

As I'm looking at the other reviews of this property, there is a lot that is noticeable about the complaints people have, and how the actual apartment complex is and how its services are conducted. My experience? This property has been a textbook perfect experience for my time living here. Whenever I have needed any service or a repair (only 2 during my whole time here), all maintenance was prompt and quick with no issues. This property has many amenities, is secure property, very close to many stores, local parks, and outdoor courses. Elizabeth, the assistant property manager, has been the face of management for the greater portion of my experience here. We lived here for a year and the office staff and maintenance are very kind. Maintenance was always there keeping the complex up to date and tidy. They always responded quickly for any maintenance requests as well. It’s a safe location and near ft. steilacoom park which is amazing during the summertime. Highly recommend living here!!
