I have had a great experience living here. The community is well maintained, and the leasing office has been very supportive. I especially want to recognize Bobby, who has been consistently professional, responsive, and understanding. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and makes the leasing process much easier. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Honestly only 1 star because the office staff are amazing. Renting there was okay, they accommodated my needs BUT it got bad quick. The apartment had black mold that caused our dog to get super sick, she almost died. We’re fighting to get our security deposit back after they’re charging us for stuff broken when we moved in and a trashcan we never had. They also raised our rent $300 after 8 months. Shocker they can’t get anyone to fill them so they dropped the rent. The apartments are extremely outdated and we had a bug/spider problem.

I recently moved into an apartment acyer years of home ownership. I am thoroughly impressed my the property management. Especially the leasing office and maintenance. Abbey and Ben have made my transition to apartment living as smooth as possible. I notice the details in service and helping to make new residents feel welcome and settled. I highly recommend this small community..

Office people are exceptionally good. We are living here almost about a year. For me the best part of living here is the people work at the office, Jacob and Meredith. Amazing people, if you have any issues they will solve it as quick as possible, they are always very helpful, friendly and professional, always kind. I really wanna thank you both. Also its a very quiet neighborhood and the apartment complex, nobody bothers you for anything.Great for families and individuals. Apartments are not brand new but for the price point it is reasonable. We really didn't have much issues here and if there was any office staff handled it in timely manner. I would recommend this place. Thank you Aytek.

I lived here for over 4 years. I never had any issues. Maintenance was great. The office was timely with responses.
