Bear Creek At Harwood Apartments

I signed a 10 month lease at this location my lease ended so here’s my exit review. I Didn’t extend my lease agreement because I moved out of state. Had I stayed it would have been a 50/50 chance I would have moved. The prices are high for apartments in the area to begin with but this quality of apartments doesn’t reflect or justifies the prices charged. My 2b2b 1st floor apartment was 1710 a month. When I moved in, to renew my lease it increased to 1774 for 15m. In my humble opinion rent should be around 1250/1350$ a month. My building was literally sinking into the ground. The pool and workout areas are mid. Basic gym equipment limited quantity and small space. I’ll start with the good. I had no issues with neighbors. I was in building 1405 in the back corner. Truly grateful and appreciative for the Bear Creek at Harwood staff as a whole, but ultimately I want to share my love and appreciation for Nathaly. Thank you so much! Its not been easy for me with my recent experiences in life, but you worked with me every step of the way. Your customer service skills, work ethic, communication and positive "can do, lets get it done!" personality is a breath of fresh air. The apartment looked amazing, the grounds are well take care of, and the amenities are all beautiful. Cant wait to move in this saturday. I moved from my worst nightmare to my possible dream apartment! I love everything about this place. To start with, I love the windows in my unit! My floor plan is super spacious and absolutely perfect for what I need! During this most recent snowstorm, we did not lose power once. Water stayed on, and my heat was perfect throughout the entire time. I never had to put a fire in the fireplace which I was fully expecting! Maintenance is really on top of it here. They've thinned my home two or three times and they are always super friendly and they take care of issues before they can arise. One of the things that I love about this particular location is that they are proactive instead of reactive! The leasing office team is super friendly and always willing to help if needed!

LOVED living here at Bear Creek! Had to move because of work. The apartment Managers, Aly & Tyresha, always went above and beyond to assist me. Hard to find! The complex was always quiet and safe, and my dog loved the yard attached to my apartment. A+!!

Aly and the Bear Creek team made our experience very positive with the apartment! The maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues and the valet trash was a nice perk. The apartment itself was all vinyl planking (easy to clean) and well-insulated.
