Bear Creek Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is responsive and helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient and feels safe. Highly recommend!

Son's apartment was filled with Black mold and 2nd bathroom has multiple leaks and has been useless for over 2 years now. Poor Management and very rude to tenants and the definition of a slum lords apartment complex. IMHO

The apartment itself is okay, but living here has been a frustrating experience. The office staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and shows no real concern for residents. They focus more on charging extra fees than solving problems. Maintenance is terrible - most requests are ignored or delayed, and pest issues inside the apartment are never properly handled. The complex is also poorly maintained: grass is rarely cut, the property is dirty, and the swimming pool is extremely filthy. I do not recommend living here unless major changes are made in management, maintenance, and cleanliness.

I went to this property today I’m a vendor the leasing agent was very nice and helpful. The manager was very nice as well. Five star customer service.

Safe and friendly evnironment. Timely maintenance support. Budget friendly. We dont have to pay for utility bill and trash whixh will include in rent. I am have been living here from mid of 2023.
