Beachside Villas Galveston

I would not recommend these apartments. The management nickels and dimes tenants for everything. The shared laundry room is filthy. There was animal feces on top of the washing machine for over a month and no one came to clean this room. My car was vandalized twice in the time I lived here and I was solicited for money in the parking area. I notified management and they said there are no security cameras and simply sent a form letter to all tenants explaining that it is their responsibility to lock vehicles. On the positive side, the units are well maintained overall (although some of my maintenance requests went unaddressed) and competitively priced.

The apartments are spacious with central heating system. The owner is taking care of the building & pest control is regularly conducted. The price is considered competitive. Good choice for students because it is near UTMB. Their website offers the options of payments and maintenance requests. It is a really good place, and I recommend it.
