Updated to one star because now they are randomly closing the office before they’re supposed to. Huge roach problem. They have cheap pest control included but they are only available one day out of the week. We are clean and have done everything they’ve told us to but the problem keeps coming back. We have even been told that roaches are just common in Arizona as a way to excuse the state of the apartments. The leasing office has been pleasant to us but they often forget to follow up with requests and you have to constantly remind them and follow up with them to make sure things get taken care off. I had to remind them to send me the monthly billing email for the first three months I was living there. The app to pay rent is managed by a third party so they have little control over it. On

Let me tell you this place is wonderful as well as the perfect for myself and my daughter. The leasing staff was so nice and my daughter was allowed to get as many bags of chips as she wanted to keep her occupied. Jennifer was really nice and so plesant during the tour. She explained all the ins and outs of the property and good places to eat as well as schools in the area for my daughter. We will be putting in a application ASAP. The model u it was very laid out and spacious as I work from home 3 days a week....I LOVE IT!!!!! Be Mesa a hidden gem!

Im posting review everyday till I get a response from this company. We pay 1800 a month when advertised at 16 somthing. From the day we moved in we had roaches. We informed the office and they proceeded to push back out movein 5 hours to bomb the apartment. After they sprayed a few times and that was it. We have been here for about 5 months now and they will not resolve the roach problem and will not let me out of my lease, so I suggested to move my lease from 1 year to 6months hoping they would meet me half way. After 3 weeks of waiting they informed me they would not be helping me and my family. We have been dealing with roaches on the daily. This is NOT RIGHT. I would likento join the rest of the the people that say saying this place is infested with roaches. From day one we were to move on at like 10am apon arrival there were roaches all over the apartment. We informed the office and they pushed back our move in time 5 hours so that they could bomb our apartment. We were very hesitant to even move in but by this time it was to late we voiced our concerns about the roaches and the maintenance. From day ome fridge was broke had to get a new one, washer and dryer were broke within first month of being here, washer broke again, had to get a new one. As maintenance has entered my apartment they have ripped holes in our flooring that I have made office aware of so hopefully I domt get charged this this. When I say I love my apartment complex I'm not exaggerating! Be/Mesa cares about their residents and it shows each and everyday! From Jenny, Jenni and Lanna to maintenance always being here for us and always available. My neighbors are some of the nicest people I've met in awhile. A real feeling of community in an apartment complex.. The Management holds fun events for us too- today is our Halloween party with a pet costume contest, pumpkin decorating, don't forget the yummy candy and food!
