Bayview Tower

Send Wash King came in to our building laundry service is truly a work of garbage, machines don't work too good for washing out the mud in rince cycle, last time I had too redo. Poor & very bad junck service repairs. Once waid more than three weeks for a repair at one time. PS other people don't like it when u invade their laundry rooms.

I have lived here for over a year. I have NOT had bed bugs, roaches, or mice However I spray my apartment once a month to protect against bugs. I have seen the reviews about bed bugs so I use precautionary measures. Maintenance is fixing problems right away with no waiting. The office staff are nice and friendly. There is a pet policy but it is not horrible. I don't plan on moving any time soon.

Bedbug infestation. Coming thru the walls and under the doors. Residents in the lobby picking bedbugs from an elderly ladies head. This is sad that it seems like management and ownership don’t care about the people. Muskegon has such limited housing for seniors with low income.

If you are looking for a place to live this place is the wrong place to be. What you see on the web site is a Lie. Laundery service is a Big rip off. Total online service must use there wash app , beware of fraud should you not have some kind of protection on the Internet !!.

I don't visit The Bayview Tower quite as often
